bac99 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority

bac99 believes that gaming is entertainment, not a burden. Enjoy it within safe limits and reach out to us whenever you need support.

What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Is It Important?

We are committed to ensuring the safety of every player on the bac99 platform.

Online casino and betting are an exciting form of entertainment. However, they should always be enjoyed in a controlled way. Responsible gaming means playing while keeping full control over your time and money, so it never has a negative impact on your life or family.

bac99 operates as a safe and reliable platform for players in Bangladesh. Our goal is not only to provide the best gaming experience, but also to ensure that every player can lead a healthy and happy life. On this page you will learn how to build responsible gaming habits, which tools you can use, and where to find help if you need it.

Remember: gaming should be for entertainment, not as a source of income. If you ever feel that gaming is going beyond your control, contact bac99's support team right away. Our 24/7 live chat is always here for you.

Our Safety Tools

bac99 provides several practical tools for player safety.

Set Deposit Limits

You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit as you prefer. If this limit is exceeded, the system will automatically block new deposits. This is a simple way to keep your budget protected.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break, there is an option to close your account temporarily or permanently. During self-exclusion you will not be able to log in and will not receive any promotional emails.

Time-Out Break

Want to pause gaming for a set period? Through the time-out feature, your account can be temporarily deactivated for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. No bets will be accepted during this time.

Age Verification — 21+

Only those aged 21 or above may register on bac99. Age verification is mandatory at registration. Protecting minors is our highest priority.

Bet and Loss Limits

Not only deposits — you can also set the maximum amount you can bet per session or the loss amount at which gaming stops. This protects you from large losses in emotional moments.

Reality Check Reminders

At set intervals you will receive a notification telling you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. This smart reminder helps you stay aware.

Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming

If any of the signs below appear, take action immediately. Responsible gaming means knowing yourself and stopping at the right time.

Remember, handling things alone is not always possible. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of courage. bac99's support team is always by your side in Bangla.

  • You are repeatedly placing larger bets to recover lost money and it has become a habit.
  • You are stealing time from family, friends, or work to game and are being dishonest about it.
  • You are gambling by taking on debt or draining your savings and are falling into financial difficulty.
  • You feel discomfort, anxiety, or irritability when not gaming.
  • You have tried to stop gaming but have failed repeatedly.
  • Gaming is having a negative impact on your mental health, sleep, or relationships.
  • You are gaming not for enjoyment but to escape pain and frustration.

Top Tips for Safe and Enjoyable Gaming

Following these simple rules will keep gaming an enjoyable form of entertainment at all times.

01

Set Your Budget First

Before you start playing, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend. Once that limit is reached, stop playing for the day — this is the first rule of responsible gaming.

02

Set a Time Limit

Set a time limit for each session. Use a timer or keep our reality check feature turned on. Always take a break when the time is up.

03

Do Not Think of Gaming as a Source of Income

Do not expect to earn a regular income from online casino or betting. It is entertainment — winning is a bonus, never guaranteed. Make entirely separate plans for financial decisions.

04

Do Not Bet on Emotions

Never game when you are angry, frustrated, or under the influence of alcohol. Play with proper focus and a calm mind. If you are not feeling well, take a break.

05

Keep Your Family in Mind

Gaming should never take priority over family responsibilities or caring for your children. Spend time with your family and keep gaming in its proper place.

06

Do Not Get Greedy After a Win

After a big win, avoid the temptation to bet everything again. Set aside a portion of your winnings and continue playing within your set budget.

Protection of Minors

bac99 strictly ensures that only individuals aged 21 or above may register on the platform. Age verification is mandatory at registration and suspicious accounts may be checked at any time.

If you have children or teenagers in your household, please use parental control software on your device and keep your account password secure. Never game in front of minors or allow them to use your account.

If you suspect that a minor is using your account, notify our support team immediately.

Family Protection Guidelines

  • Always keep your account password private.
  • Do not keep banking or gaming apps on child-accessible devices.
  • Do not save passwords in browsers that children can access.
  • Use internet filters and parental controls at home.

Once self-exclusion is activated, you will not be able to log in to your account. No new bets or deposits will be accepted. Promotional emails will also be stopped. Any balance in your account will be kept safe and can be retrieved once the exclusion period ends. To apply self-exclusion, contact us via live chat or email [email protected].

A time-out is a temporary break — it can be set for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Self-exclusion is a longer-term decision — it is possible to close the account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. If you are not sure which one to choose, our support team will help you make the right decision.

No. bac99 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Age is verified at registration, and accounts that appear suspicious may be asked for additional verification at any time. We are always vigilant about preventing minors from accessing the platform and use technical safeguards to do so.

Using deposit limits or reality checks has no effect on bonuses. However, if a time-out or self-exclusion is activated, no promotions or bonuses will apply for that period. Your safety is always more important than any bonus.
